These are older apts, in a fantastic location. They have modern appliances & beautiful fixtures—much nicer than I expected. The closets are ample size and the floor plan/layout is very functional. There’s even a community garden with fruit trees! In the office, Ashley was phenomenal! Friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. She made the application & move-in processes easy to do. Im grateful for all she did to accommodate my limitations and pleased to be a resident at Glastonbury Woods.

I have lived here for about a month. I was moving in a rush and Ashley in the leasing office has been great. She is alway willing to help when I have an issue, fast with my maintenance requests, and very helpful with all my pre-move needs when coming from out of state.

I have been here 3 years. I have seen improvement with the property. They are under new management. The office staff is really nice. I would suggest this place to others.

I found that Ashley (Office and Rental Manager) was extremely helpful and accommodating. That was the final decision factor for me to sign the lease after seeing the unit and the grounds. The property grounds are well maintained, and the unit was very nice, clean and quiet. The real test was after I moved in and found that there were a couple of small items needing to be addressed. The Office was very prompt and quickly resolved each of the items I discovered. A couple of maintenance requests submitted shortly afterwards were also addressed and resolved quickly. Brett (Property Manager) was also very responsive, friendly and professional (despite his overwhelming responsibilities). As busy as he is, he is very accommodating and had gone above and beyond to quickly resolve any issues that had arrived. I've been here for about 2 months now and that team has been excellent!!! I believe that for the price, you can't go wrong, and I feel like I have made the right decision. Thank You guys - Keep up the great work!

Major shout out to the office staff Ashley and Bret. The move-in process was smooth, the property is quiet and maintenance does a good job making sure the outside and inside looks good.
